What we can help with

We are happy to help with the following:

• How a calculator works. If a tool or its result is unclear, tell us which calculator and what you were trying to do.
• Reporting a possible error. If you believe a formula or result is wrong, please include the calculator name and the exact values you entered so we can reproduce and check it.
• Requesting a new calculator. If there is a tool you wish existed, let us know. Many of our calculators were added because visitors asked for them.
• General feedback. Suggestions on design, wording, or usability are always welcome.

We aim to respond within five business days. Message volume varies, so some replies may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience.

What we cannot do

Please note that we cannot provide personalized financial, tax, legal, medical, or academic advice. Our calculators are general informational tools, and important decisions should always be confirmed with a qualified professional or with your school, employer, or institution. We also cannot access or recover any data you entered into a calculator, because those values stay in your browser and are never sent to us.
